Proteinový komplex SMC5/6 je důležitý při opravě poškozené DNA. Je konzervován u všech eukaryot. Dvě z jeho podjednotek jsou proteiny SMC6 a Nse4. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo studium proteinového komplexu SMC6/Nse4 za pomocí metod molekulového modelování a následně ověření použitelnosti modelu s implicitním solventem pro studium komplexů proteinů. Abstract:
The SMC5/6 protein complex is important for the repair of damaged DNA. It is conserved in all eukaryota. Two of its subunits are the proteins SMC6 and Nse4. The aim of this thesis was to study the SMC6/Nse4 protein complex using molecular modelling methods and to verify the possibility of using a model with implicit solvent for studying protein complexes.
