Tato práce se z právní perspektivy zabývá automatickým rozhodováním. Po teoretickém uvedení do problematiky rozhodování následuje analýza nejvýznamnějších systémů umělé inteligence použitelných pro automatické rozhodování. This thesis deals with automated decision making from the legal perspective. Theoretical introduction to the area of decision making is followed by an analysis of the most significant artificial intelligence systems that are applicable for automated decision making.
