Exportní činnost podniku je spojena s riziky. Míra vlivu rizik je závislá na faktorech obchodního případu. Může se jednat o platební podmínky, riziko kupujícího nebo riziko vývozního teritoria. Dalšími riziky mohou být přepravní, kurzové nebo odpovědnostní. Tato a další rizika mohou ovlivnit výsledek obchodní činnosti podniku. Export activities of companies are tied with risks. The severity and extent of the risks faced is dependent on the parameters and structure of each particular contract. The risks range from terms of payment, counterparty risk to country risk, but may also comprise transportation risk, foreign-exchange risk or liability risk.
