Předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je analýza odměny za práci jako nástroje řízení a motivace zaměstnanců. První kapitola se zabývá odměnou za práci v obecné rovině. Druhá kapitola analyzuje jednotlivé funkce mzdy se zaměřením na funkci stimulační a motivační. Ve třetí kapitole jsou definovány základní pojmy, které jsou s touto problematikou spjaty. The aim of the submitted diploma thesis is an analysis of the remunerations for the work as an instrument of the direction and the motivation of the employees.
