Draft of a business plan for a company establishment - patisserie

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu založení nové cukrárny. Teoretická část se bude zabývat popisem základních pojmů jako je podnikání, podnikatel, podnik, analýza okolí a majetková struktura podniku. V bakalářské práci budou použity dohromady tři analýzy. Jedná se o PEST analýzu, SWOT analýzu a Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, které jsou zpracovány v praktické části bakalářské práce. SWOT analýza a Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil nám ukážou, jak si firma stojí v konkurenčním prostředí, které ji obklopuje. Poslední využitou analýzou je SWOT analýza, díky které zjistíme, jaké jsou naše nejsilnější, a naopak slabé stránky, jaké příležitosti v budoucnu můžeme využít a jaké hrozby nás mohou potkat v průběhu podnikání. V závěru praktické části je vypracované dotazníkové šetření, která nám především ukáže, jak lidé často cukrárny navštěvují, a jaký typ zákusků preferují.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a new confectionery. The theoretical part will deal with the description of basic concepts such as business, entrepreneur, company, analysis of the environment and the property structure of the company. Three analyzes will be used in the bachelor thesis. It is a PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, which is developed in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. SWOT analysis and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces will show us how the company stands in the competitive environment that surrounds it. The last analysis used is the SWOT analysis, thanks to which we find out what our strengths and weaknesses are, what opportunities we can take advantage of in the future and what threats we may encounter in the course of business. At the end of the practical part, a questionnaire survey is drawn up, which will primarily show us how often people visit pastry shops, and above all, what type of desserts they prefer.
