Bankovní úvěr a jeho využití pro financování podniku–případová studie

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje bankovnímu úvěru jako jednomu z hlavních možností financování. Práce má za cíl srovnat výhodnost financování investice bankovním úvěrem s možností financování vlastními zdroji za doby, kdy je vysoká inflace. K tomuto účelu je použita metoda čisté současné hodnoty, která umožňuje porovnat výhodnost obou způsobů financování. Teoretická část práce, pro lepší orientaci v dané problematice, definuje důležité pojmy jako podnik, finance podniku, finanční analýza a bankovní úvěr. V praktické části je představený podnik podroben finanční analýze a na základě metody čisté současné hodnoty je vyhodnocena výhodnost investice v podobě pořízení výrobního stroje. Investice může být financována vlastním kapitálem nebo za pomoci bankovního úvěru. Samotná případová studie ukázala, že v obou případech není investice ztrátová, ale použití bankovního úvěru má větší výnosnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on bank loan as one of the main options for financing. The aim of the thesis is to compare the advantages of financing investments through bank loan versus financing through own resources during times of high inflation. The net present value method is used to compare the profitability of both financing methods. The theoretical part of the thesis defines important concepts such as company, company finance, financial analysis, and bank loan to provide a better understanding of the issue. In the practical part, a company is subjected to financial analysis, and based on the net present value method, the profitability of the investment in the form of purchasing a production machine is evaluated. The investment can be financed with own capital or with the help of a bank loan. The case study itself showed that in both cases the investment is not unprofitable, but using a bank loan is more profitable.
