Plzeň: Pedagogická fakulta Západočeské univerzity, 2024, Diplomová práce Diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním sociálního klimatu školy ve dvou vybraných základních školách v Karlovarském kraji. Cílem je blíže představit problematiku klimatu školy, jaký vliv může mít na jednotlivé tvůrce klimatu.
