Aktivní záloha (AZ) je součást ozbrojených sil ČR. Příslušníci AZ jsou dobrovolníci, kteří se po několik týdnů v roce věnují vojenskému cvičení a po zbytek roku vykonávají své běžné civilní zaměstnání. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl představit služební poměr vojáka v AZ podle zákona č. 45/2016 Sb., o službě vojáků v záloze. V úvodu je obecně charakterizován služební poměr. Abstract:
The Active reserve (AR) represents a part of the Czech armed forces. Members of the AR are volunteers who conduct a military exercise for several weeks in a year and for the rest of the year, they work as civilian employees.
