Accompanying Strategies through the Prism of Home Workers with a Special Regime

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou doprovázení prizmatem pracovníků domova se zvláštním režimem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku umírání a smrti, doprovázení v instituci a sociální službu domov se zvláštním režimem. První kapitola je zaměřena na proces a fáze umírání, emoce v období umírání a pojem smrt. V druhé části vymezujeme pojem paliativní péče, popisujeme potřeby umírajících, důstojné umírání a dříve vyslovené přání. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na poslání služby, cílovou skupinu, personální požadavky a náplň práce pracovníků a psychohygienu pracovníků domova se zvláštním režimem. Praktická část je zaměřena na bázi kvalitativního výzkumu, který si klade za cíl zjistit a popsat, jakou strategii volí pracovníci při doprovázení klientů ve vybraném domově se zvláštním režimem. Data získaná skrze polostrukturované rozhovory byla analyzována pomocí dílčích postupů zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of accompanying clients in a home with a special regime to death, through the prism of workers in a home with a special regime. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of dying and death, accompaniment in institutions, and social services for homes with a special regime. The first chapter focuses on the process and stages of dying, emotions during the dying period, and the concept of death. In the second part, we define the concept of palliative care, describe the needs of the dying, dignified dying, and previously expressed wishes. The third chapter focuses on the service's mission, target group, personnel requirements, job description of workers, and the psychohygiene of employees of homes with a special regime. The practical part is based on qualitative research, which aims to identify and describe the strategies chosen by workers when accompanying clients in a selected home with a special regime. Data obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed using partial procedures of grounded theory.
