Synthesis of tetrapodal conjugated systems containing central benzene 1,4 diamine unit

Abstract:

Byla provedena literární rešerše syntéz a využití látek s centrální benzen 1,4 diaminovou jednotkou, které byly různě modifikovány a substituovány. V teoretické části bylo pojednáno o konjugovaných systémech v push-pull uspořádání, dále byly probrány různé modifikace centrálních jednotek, vliv pyridinu na skelet molekuly, výčet pKa látek s centrální benzen 1,4 diaminovou jednotkou a možnosti syntéz látek s benzen-1,4-diaminovou jednotkou. Literární rešerše syntéz cílových látek byla rozdělena do dvou kategorií, a to C-C cross-couplingové reakce (např. Suzukiho-Miyaurův cross-coupling, Sonogashirů cross-coupling, Heckův coupling atd.) a C-N cross-couplingové reakce (např. Ullmannův coupling, Buchwladova-Hartwigova reakce a C-N coupling na fluorovaných derivátech). V experimentální části byly popsány syntézy použitých prekurzorů, jakožto i cílových chromoforů obsahujících benzen 1,4 diaminovou jednotku. Látky byly charakterizovány sérií dostupných analytických metod (bod tání, 1H a 13C NMR spektroskopie, GC-MS a HR-MALDI-MS spektrometrie atd.).

Abstract:

A literature search of the syntheses and applications of compounds containing benzene 1,4 diamino central unit, its modifications and substitution has been done. In the theoretical part, the conjugated systems in the push-pull arrangement were discussed as well as introducing of multiple types of central units and influence of pyridine acceptor on properties of the final organic material. pKa of compounds with central benzene 1,4 diamino unit and possible approaches to syntheses of compounds with benzene-1,4-diamino central unit have been listed. Literature search of synthesis of target compounds was divided in to two main categories, namely C-C cross coupling reactions (e.g. Suzuki-Myiaura cross-coupling, Sonogashira cross-coupling, Heck coupling etc.) and C-N cross-coupling reactions (e.g. Ullmann coupling, Buchwald- Hartwig reaction and C-N coupling carried out on fluorinated derivatives). In the experimental part synthesis of used precursors as well as final chromophores containing benzene 1,4 diamino central unit has been described. All compounds were characterized by a series of analytical methods (melting point, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, GC-MS and HR-MALDI-MS spectrometry etc.).
