Operatívne riadenie cash flow je dôležitou súčasťou finančného riadenia, ktorá zabezpečí dlhodobo bezproblémový chod spoločnosti. Podnik sa tak kryje pred nedostatkom likvidity a ďalšími problémami plynúcimi z takéhoto stavu.
