Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na projektové řízení vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh. Hledá teoretická východiska ohledně postupů projektového řízení, vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh a řízení rizik. V aplikační části jsou shromažďovány a analyzovány dostupné informace o zvoleném trhu, připravenosti firmy na vstup na tento trh a doporučení, zda a popřípadě za jakých podmínek vstoupit na trh.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on project management of companies entering foreign markets. It seeks theory basis regarding project management practices, companies entering foreign markets and risk management.
