Abstract:

Krpálek, M. Návrh doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti pro podnik Zeveta Machinery Bojkovice, a.s. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením současného stavu podniku Zeveta Machinery Bojkovice, a.s. a také návrhy doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti na trhu s komponenty převážně v automobilovém průmyslu. Práce je členěna na dvě části, první část je zhotovena na základě teoretických poznatků, čerpá z odborné literatury. Druhou částí je vlastní práce, ta se zaobírá analýzou vnějšího prostředí, pro kterou je využita PESTE analýza a Porterova analýza 5 hybných sil a analýzou vnitřního prostředí, jenž je zhotovena na základě Weckertovy analýzy. Ze zmíněných analýz budou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky a také příležitosti a hrozby podniku. Matice SWOT bude tvořena identifikovanými faktory. Na základě matice budou vytvořeny konkrétní doporučení pro podnik.

Krpálek, M. Proposal of recommendations for Increasing competitiveness for the Company Zeveta Machinery Bojkovice, a.s. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of the company Zeveta Machinery Bojkovice, a.s. and also proposals for the increasing competitiveness on the market with components mainly in the automotive industry. The work is divided into two parts, the first part is made on the basis of theo-retical knowledge, draws form the literature. The second part is the work itself, which deals with the analysis of the external environment, which uses PESTE analysis and Porter´s analysis of five forces, and analysis of the internal environment, which is made on the basis of Weckert´s analysis. The strengths and weaknesses and also opportunities and threats of the company will be identified from the mentioned analysis. The SWOT matrix will consist of identified factors. Based on the matrix, specific recommendations for the company will be created.
