Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje výklad o insolvenčním řízení, se zaměřením na insolvenční návrh podávaný jak dlužníkem, tak věřitelem, spolu s obecnou charakteristikou insolvenčního zákona č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Součástí práce je také projednání insolvenčního návrhu a rozhodnutí o něm.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis contains description of the insolvency proceedings, with a focus on insolvency petition, served by debtor or creditor, together with the general characteristics of the Insolvency Act No. 182/2006 Coll., Bankruptcy and Settlement, as amended. The work also includes discussion of an insolvency petition and decided.
