Interpersonal communication in working environment
Abstract:
Práce identifikuje a popisuje mezilidskou komunikaci především v pracovním prostředí, analyzuje nejčastější příčiny chyb v mezilidské komunikaci a navrhuje opatření k eliminaci nebo prevenci chyb v interpersonální komunikaci v zaměstnání.
Abstract:
The nature of this work is to identify and describe attributes of interpersonalcommunication in working environment, which facilitate analysis of most frequent failures in interpersonal communication. The goal is to have recommendations that would minimize failures.
