Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ruské kuchyni z hlediska jejího historického a kulturního vývoje. Teoretická část je dělena do kapitol a podkapitol, které se zabývají kulturou, historií ruské kuchyně, vybranými svátky, tradicemi, jídly a nápoji. This thesis is concerned with Russian cuisine in terms of its historical and cultural development. Thesis is divided into theoretical part dealing with culture, history, Russian cuisine and selected holidays, traditions, food and beverages. The end of this part deals with gastronomic tourism.
