Methodical Instruction for the Treasurers of Česká archivní společnost, z.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnutí metodické pomoci pokladníkům spolku Česká archivní společnost, z. s. K tomu účelu bylo na začátku využito metody dotazování a byla provedena analýza současné praxe při vyhotovování a evidenci prvotních účetních dokladů na jeho jednotlivých pobočkách a sekcích. Následně byla provedena syntéza všech získaných informací a poznatků, která byla využita při formulaci závěrů. Hlavním výsledkem práce je vypracování metodického pokynu pro pokladníky, jehož součástí jsou formuláře elektronických dokladů a pomocných účetních knih, a také vzory jejich správného vyplnění. Za pomoci jasného a srozumitelného pokynu by mělo být ve spolku dosaženo zlepšení úrovně do účetnictví předkládaných dokladů a sjednocení postupů práce pokladních v rámci celé organizační struktury spolku.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide methodical help to the treasurers of the Czech Archival Society. For this purpose, questionnaires were used to analyse the current state of preparation and registration of primary accounting documents at its individual branches and sections. It was followed by a synthesis of findings and acquired information which was used in order to formulate the results. The main result of the thesis is the creation of a methodical instruction for cashiers, including electronic forms, ancillary accounting books and correctly filled in examples. By using the instruction, the level of the submitted documents into accounting should be improved and the treasury procedures throughout the organizational structure of the association should be unified.
