Ethical problems of incoming tourism in the field of gastronomy, taking into account cultural differences of the clients
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na etické problémy v příjezdovém cestovním ruchu související s kulturní odlišností židovské kultury v gastronomii. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat rozdíly ve znalostech judaismu u pracovníků v hotelnictví, gastronomii, cestovním ruchu a u studentů vysokých škol v oboru cestovní ruch.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is focused on ethical problems in incoming tourism regarding the culture differences of the Jewish culture in gastronomy. The main goal is to analyze the differences in Jewish culture knowledge of workers in hospitality and tourism and students of tourism colleges.
