Social Workers' Point of View on Further Education

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce rozebírá téma dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků a jejich pohled na danou problematiku. Je rozdělena na dvě části, a to sice část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Část teoretická je dále dělena na tři kapitoly, ve kterých jsou rozebrány všechny potřebné pojmy související s tématem dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků, a se kterými je dále pracováno v části výzkumné. Ta je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, které se zabývají metodologií výzkumu a následnou analýzou a intepretací získaných dat. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit pohled, jakožto názor, sociálních pracovníků odboru sociální péče na vybraných úřadech městských obvodů města Ostravy na další vzdělávání, které mohou absolvovat v mnoha nejrůznějších formách. Výzkum byl v tomto případě realizován za použití kvalitativní výzkumné strategie a data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The presented thesis analyzes the topic of further education of social workers and their perspective on the given issue. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part is further divided into three chapters, in which all the necessary terms related to the topic of further education of social workers are discussed, and which are further processed in the research part. The research part is divided into two chapters that include the research methodology and the analysis and interpretation of the obtained data. The diploma thesis aims to find out the view, as an opinion, of social workers of the social care department in selected offices of the city districts of the city of Ostrava on further education, which they can take in many different forms. In this case a qualitative research strategy was used and the data was found in semi-structured interviews.
