Ethical aspects of transplantations from medical point of view

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit pohled zdravotníků na etické problémy týkající se transplantací orgánů a tkání. Teoretická část se stručně zabývá historií transplantací a kategorizací dárců orgánů. Průzkumná část je dále zpracovaná formou kvantitativního šetření. Data byla shromažďována formou anonymních dotazníků a následně byla graficky zpracována. Z průzkumu je patrno, že většina zdravotnických pracovníků nemá etické dilema s odběrem orgánů a tkání, pokud jsou dodrženy všechny právní normy.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the view of health professionals on ethical issues related to organ and tissue transplantation. The theoretical part briefly deals with the history of transplantation and the categorization of organ donors. The exploratory part id further elaborated in the form of a quantitative investigation. The data were collected by anonymous questionnaires and the graphically processed. The survey shows that most of the health care professionals do not have ethical dilemma with organ and tissue donation as long as all the legal norms are followed.
