Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analýza hodnocení českých a zahraničních pracovních podmínek českými instruktory. Uvedením výhod a nevýhod vyskytujících se na pracovním trhu komerčního lyžování seznámím instruktory v jakékoliv pozici (budoucí instruktor, instruktor v českých horách, instruktor v zahraničí) s informacemi pro zjednodušení jejich rozhodování. Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the evaluation of Czech and foreign working conditions by Czech instructors. By presenting the advantages and disadvantages found in the commercial skiing job market, I introduce instructors in any position (future instructor, instructor in the Czech mountains, instructor abroad) into information to simplify their decision-making.
