Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Stres jako faktor ovlivňující pracovní prostředí a možnosti předcházení!". Cílem práce je popsat stres jako takový a navrhnout možnosti jeho předcházení. Budeme se zaměřovat jak nás stres ovlivňuje v profesním a soukromém životě a jaký to na nás má dopad. V úvodní kapitole teoretické části definuji stres, stresové faktory a reakce na stres. Abstract:
The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Stress as a factor affecting the work environment and possibilities of prevention!". The aim of the thesis is to describe stress and to suggest ways of preventing it. We will be looking at how stress affects us in our professional and private lives and what impact it has on us.
