Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálně právních aspektů povolání profesionálního řidiče. Obeznamuje se současnou právní úpravou a sociální oblastí spojenou s tímto odvětvím lidské činnosti. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of social and legal aspects of the driver´s profession. It informs about the actual legislation and social area associated with this sector of human activity. The empirical part of the thesis is focussed on the target group with the aim to determine how the traffic area legislation is accepted and abided by this group of employees.
