Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá obecně závaznými vyhláškami obcí a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Úvod práce je vymezen pro teoretickou část, v níž se zaměřuji na základní pojmy týkající se tohoto tématu: veřejnou správu, obec a kraje. Dále se zaměřuje na kompletní proces tvorby vyhlášek, schvalování, platnost, účinnosti a vyhlášení, změnu a zrušení až po dozor a případné sankce. Praktická …more
