Modelling and Analysis of Vibrations of Mechanical Systems with Impact Motions

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na matematické modelování a následnou analýzu kmitajících mechanických soustav s rázy. V úvodní kapitole je shrnuta motivace pro studium těchto soustav a stručně je zde nastíněn historický vývoj v dané oblasti. Následně jsou uvedeny základní matematické modely rázu a potřebný teoretický aparát pro popis nehladkých systémů. Aplikační část se věnuje matematickému modelování převodového ústrojí s možností ztráty silového záběru v ozubení s ohledem na nelineární chování tohoto systému. Je uvažován zjednodušený model torzního kmitání převodovky a komplexní model vytvořený metodou konečných prvků, kde pro sestavení modelu je použita metoda modální syntézy s kondenzací. Jsou zde uvedeny různé metody redukce a je analyzován vliv úrovně kondenzace a volby použitého přístupu k numerickému modelování na výpočetní čas. Na modelech převodových ústrojí je formou bifurkačních diagramů ukázán vliv parametrů na odezvu systému na typická buzení. Dále je uveden matematický model vibrolisu na zhutnění betonové směsi a jeho dynamická analýza.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on mathematical modelling and analysis of vibrating mechanical systems with impact motions. In introductory chapter, a motivation for study of such systems is summarized and a historical progress in this field is discussed. In next chapters, basic mathematical models of impact are described and corresponding theory is explained. An application part of the thesis focuses on mathematical modelling of gearbox with possible loss of contact in gear, and nonlinear behaviour of the system is analysed. Simplified torsional model and complex model of test gearbox modelled by FEM are considered. The mathematical model is based on modal synthesis method with reduction and different reduction methods are tested. Influence of level of reduction is analysed and efficiency of different numerical approaches is shown. On such systems, influence of parameters on response of models is shown by means of bifurcation diagrams. Further, mathematical model of an impact-forming machine and its dynamical analysis is presented.
