Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou projektového riadenia. Predmetom práce je analýza projektu zdrojových staníc technických plynov acetylénu, hélia, kyslíka, dusíka, N2+H2 a potrubných rozvodov, ktorého zhotoviteľom je spoločnosť ENSECO, a.s..
