Abstract:

Režnarová M., Age management v řízení lidských zdrojů. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. V diplomové práci je popsána problematika age managementu v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů a situace stárnoucí populace. V teoretické části je definovaná problematika age managementu, výhody a nevýhody zaměstnávání starších pracovníků, diskriminace na pracovišti, úrovně age managementu a příslušná opatření. Ve výzkumné části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření a hloubkového rozhovoru zjišťován názor na problematiku zaměstnávání starších pracovníků, motivace pracovníků a případné problémy při práci. Dle výsledků se názory mezi vedením společnosti a zaměstnanci neliší a bylo zjištěno, že problematika se týká všech generací. Na základě výsledků byly vytvořeny určitá doporučení pro vedení společností, jak si udržet dostatečný počet zaměstnanců.

Režnarová M., Age management in human resources management. Master thesis. Br-no: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. The thesis describes the issue of age management in human resource management and the situation of the ageing population. The theoretical part defines the pro-issues of age management, advantages and disadvantages of employing older workers, discrimination in the workplace, levels of age management and relevant measures. In the research part, the opinion on the issue of employment of older workers, motivation of workers and possible problems at work are investigated by questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. According to the results, there is no difference of opinion between the company management and the employees and it was found that the issue concerns all generations. Based on the results, some recommendations were made to the management of the companies on how to maintain a sufficient number of employees.
