Abstract:

Absolventská práce s názvem "Problematika závislých osob se zaměřením na injekční uživatele" je zaměřena na injekční uživatele. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit souhrnnou charakteristiku injekčního uživatele a úskalí, kterým čelí. Absolventská práce je zpracována teoreticky formou kompilace s prvky komparace. Teoretická práce je rozdělena do osmi hlavních kapitol a podkapitol. Teoretická část obsahuje různé definice. V práci jsou vymezeny vzniky závislosti, její formy, znaky a následky, které jsou s ní spojené. Dále rozděluje látky na návykové a nelátkové, kde je vysvětleno jejich působení na jedince. Práce zmiňuje i nejčastěji užívané drogy v České republice, také je popsán mezinárodní obchod s drogami. Další hlavní kapitola je problematika spojená s injekčním užíváním, která odpovídá na poznávací cíl. Tato kapitola je rozdělena na podkapitoly, ve které jsou zmíněny, jaká mohou vznikat rizika, virové infekce, jak předejít předávkování, jak jedinec může chránit ostatní lidi před nakažením a v neposlední řadě objasňuje alternativy, které může drogově závislý člověk využít. V předposlední kapitole je vyjmenována a vysvětlena onemocnění, která mohou vzniknout při injekčním užívání. V poslední hlavní kapitole je popsáno nízkoprahové kontaktní centrum, jak funguje a pro koho je určeno. V podkapitole je zmíněn i Harm Reduction (HR), který se zabývá snižováním rizik spojené s injekčním užíváním.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis entitled "Problems of addicted persons with a focus on injection users" is focused on injection users. The main objective of this thesis is to create a comprehensive characterization of the injection user and the pitfalls they face. The thesis is developed theoretically in the form of a compilation with elements of comparison. The theoretical work is divided into eight main chapters and subchapters. The theoretical part contains various definitions. The thesis defines the origins of dependency, its forms, its features and the consequences that are associated with it. It further divides the substances into addictive and non-addictive where their effects on the individual are explained. The thesis also mentions the most commonly used drugs in the Czech Republic and describes the international drug trade. The next main chapter is the issues related to injecting, which answers the cognitive objective. This chapter is divided into subchapters that mention what risks can arise, viral infections, how to prevent overdose, how an individual can protect other people from getting infected and last but not least it explains the alternatives that a drug addict can use. The penultimate chapter lists and explains the diseases that can arise from injecting. The last main chapter describes the low-threshold contact centre, how it works and for whom it is intended. Harm Reduction (HR), which deals with reducing the risks associated with injecting, is also mentioned in the subchapter.
