Tématem této práce je zmapovat, v jaké míře je rozšířená španělské kuchyně v České republice a jak velká je její poptávka. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na specifika dané gastronomie a její teritoriální rozčlenění. The theme of this work is to explore the extent to which Spanish cuisine is widespread in the Czech Republic and how big is the demand. The theoretical part is focused on the specifics of gastronomy and its territorial division.
