Diplomová práce se věnuje zacházení s cizím rozhodčím nálezem na území České republiky. V první řadě vymezuje rozhodčí řízení a popisuje teorie pohledu na rozhodčí řízení. Stěžejní část práce je zaměřena na pojem cizího rozhodčího nálezu a na možnost jeho zrušení a na charakteristiku jednotlivých pramenů právní úpravy zacházení s cizím rozhodčím nálezem, v níž jsou obsaženy možnosti pro odepření uznání …more

The Thesis deals with treatment of the foreign arbitration award in the Czech republic. Firstly it defines the arbitration and describes its doctrinal arbitration theories.
