Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na představení základních pojmů jako jsou motivace, motivační teorie, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců, a také zaměstnanecké výhody. The subject od the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current state of an employee benefits in a selected company.
