Tato diplomová práce se zabývá regulací sexistické reklamy, a to zejména na úrovni soukromoprávní. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda je soukromé právo způsobilé regulovat sexistickou reklamu. Thesis concerns the regulation of sexism in advertising, mainly regarding the private law. The aim of the thesis relies on the question whether the sexist advertising may be regulated via private law. First, the terms of sexism and sexist advertising are explained.
