Abstract:

Moje absolventská práce nazvaná Motivátory a bariéry v práci kolizního opatrovníka se zabývá možnými motivátory a bariérami, se kterými se mohou setkat kolizní opatrovníci při svojí práci. Hlavním cílem této absolventské práce je tedy zjistit, s jakými motivátory a s jakými bariérami se setkávají kolizní opatrovníci při své práci. Tento cíl jsem si stanovila, abych lépe porozuměla práci kolizních opatrovníků. První dvě kapitoly jsou spíše teoretického charakteru a zabývají se stručnou charakteristikou sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a kolizním opatrovnictvím z hlediska právních definic. Ve třetí kapitole je popsáno, jak bylo připravováno a realizování šetření, jaké bylo složení vzorku šetření a jaká byla struktura dotazníku a otázky v jednotlivých rozhovorech. Čtvrtá kapitola je stěžejní a jsou v ní rozpracována výsledná zjištění, tedy potencionální motivátory a bariéry práce kolizních opatrovníků, včetně komentářů a doslovných citací oslovených pracovníků z realizovaných rozhovorů. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty výsledky šetření. Součástí této práce je i rozsáhlá textová část s přílohami, která obsahuje detailní přepisy všech realizovaných rozhovorů s oslovenými kolizními opatrovníky.

Abstract:

My thesis titled “Motivators and Barriers in the Work of a Collision Custodian” deals with possible motivators and barriers that collision custodians may encounter in their work. The main goal of this thesis is therefore to find out what motivators and barriers collision custodians encounter in their work. I set this goal to better understand the work of collision custodians. The first two chapters are more of a theoretical nature and deal with a brief characterization of social-legal protection of children and collision custodianship in terms of legal definitions. The third chapter describes how the enquiry was prepared and carried out, what was the composition of the sample survey, and what was the structure of the questionnaire and questions in individual interviews. The fourth chapter is crucial, and it elaborates on the findings, i.e., potential motivators and barriers to the work of collision custodians, including comments and verbatim quotes from the addressed workers from the conducted interviews. The last chapter summarizes the results of the enquiry. This work also includes an extensive text part with appendices, which contains detailed transcripts of all conducted interviews with the addressed collision custodians.
