Abstract:
Diplomová práce se bude týkat trestné činnosti, které se pachatelé dopouštějí na těch nejslabších, tedy na dětech, se zaměřením na nezletilé děti do 14 let věku, neboť se v České republice nejedná o ojedinělý jev a těchto trestných činů vůči nezletilým je nemalé množství. Abstract:
The diploma thesis will concern the criminal activities that perpetrators commit against the weakest, i.e. children, with a focus on minors under the age of 14, as this is not an isolated phenomenon in the Czech Republic and these crimes against minors is a considerable amount.
