Abstract:
Práce popisuje jednotlivé právní úpravy zástavního práva zřízeného rozhodnutím správce daně a také, a to především tyto úpravy srovnává z hlediska jednotlivých aspektů zástavního práva.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the individual legal regulations of the right of lien created by the judgement of the tax administrator and, it primarily compares these regulations in terms of individual aspects of the right of lien.
