Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje a analyzuje proces výběru, získávání a adaptace nových zaměstnanců ve společnosti SŽDC, státní organizace. Zájem je soustředěn především na technické profese a jejich nábor prostřednictvím webových stránek organizace. Použité metody jsou SWOT analýza, pozorování, analýza konkurence a sestavení osobního dotazníku.
Abstract:
Thesis describes and analyzes the process of selection, recruitment and adaptation of new employees at SŽDC, state organization. Interest is focused mainly on the technical professions and their recruitment through the organization's website. The methods are SWOT analysis, observations, analyze competitors and build a personal questionnaire.
