V této diplomové práci se věnujeme nežádoucím účinkům a jejich analýze v klinickém výzkumu. Popisujeme několik modelů, které je možno použít na tato data. In this thesis we study adverse effects and their analysis in clinical research. Ve define several models that are possible to be used on this data. These are logarithmic-linear model for contingency tables, test of homogeneity of two vectors of probabilities parametrized by logarithm of odds and generalized linear model with logit link function, from which we calculte its confidence intervals for …more
