Zhodnocení efektivity operace katarakty u pacientů operovaných na obou očích v jeden den ve srovnání s operací prováděnou na každém oku zvlášť s časovým odstupem. Výsledky ukazují, že obě skupiny v našem souboru jsou srovnatelné. To evaluate the effectiveness of simultaneous bilateral cataract surgery in comparison to traditional unilateral procedures on the same patient at different times. Our results indicate that both groups in our series have comparable outcomes. There were no serious complications in the postoperative period.
