Práce je založena na kombinaci metod analýzy textů dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativní analýzy. Základním zdrojem dat jsou strategické dokumenty obce, historické dokumenty o vzniku vína, teoretické poznatky o vlastnostech přírodního vína a vlastní šetření. The work is based on a combination of methods of analysis of questionnaire survey texts and qualitative analysis. The basic source of data are strategic documents of the municipality, historical documents on the origin of wine, theoretical knowledge about the properties of natural wine and own research.
