Práce je zaměřena na analýzu důležitých ustanovení smlouvy o dílo, která jsou běžně využívána v oblasti stavebnictví. Jejím cílem je poskytnout zhotoviteli pokud možno účinný návod, jak v průběhu kontraktace díla správně postupovat. Diploma thesis is focused on analysis of the main parts of contract of work which are frequently used in the field of development. The aim of the thesis is to provide to the producers an effective manual, how to conclude the contract correctly.
