Principle of Legality in Public Administration

Abstract:

Tato závěrečná bakalářská pojednává o principu legality a legitimity ve veřejné správě. Práce je zpracována teoreticky a to za pomoci analýzy, syntézy a komparace odborných aktuálních zdrojů, zákonů, vyhlášek a dalších legislativních směrnic. Práce je uceleným průnikem do problematiky veřejné správy ČR a systému jednání orgánů státní správy s občany. Jsou zde popsány základní údaje a charakteristiky, uvedeny příklady z praxe a porovnány jednotlivé faktory. Cílem práce je jasně, logicky a kompletně vysvětlit princip legality ve veřejné správě

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the principle of legality and legitimacy in public administration. The work is processed theoretically with the help of analysis, synthesis and comparison of expert and update sources, laws, regulations and other legislative guidelines. The work is a compact penetration into problematics of the Czech Republic public administration and the system of negotiations the public administration bodies lead with people. It involves descriptions of basic facts and characteristics, examples from practice and comparisons of individual factors. The goal of the work is to clearly, logically and comprehensively explain the principle of legality in public administration.
