Diplomová práce pojednává o metodice vyšetřování pojistných podvodů. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti pojišťovnictví, práva a kriminalistiky. Je zde stručně popsáno jaké máme formy pojištění v České republice, co je podvodné jednání a rozdíl mezi podvodem a pojistným podvodem.
