Abstract:
Bakalárska príca s názvom "Čaje v českej gastronómii" nám podáva prehľad o čajovej ponuke, servise v hoteloch a reštauráciách a postojoch zákazníkov reštaurácií k čajovej ponuke a servise v nich. Teoretická časť práce je venovaná analýze teoretického povedomia o čajoch. Primárne zdroje sa zbrierali z rozhovorov a dvoch prieskumov. V analytickej časti sú zostavené dva dotazníky. The bachelor thesis entitled “Teas in Czech gastronomy” gives an overview of tea offers, service provided in hotels and restaurants, and attitudes of restaurant customers toward tea offer and service in them.
