Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce přináší přehled informací z oblasti teorie testování. Zabývá se obsahem, tvorbou a analýzou didaktických testů. Výstupem práce je databáze otázek pro testování znalostí středoškolské biochemie. Databáze je rozdělena na skupiny otázek, které se zaměřují na lipidy, nukleové kyseliny, peptidy, bílkoviny, hormony, sacharidy, enzymy, Krebsův cyklus, glykolýzu, metabolismus lipidů, metabolismus bílkovin a syntézu energeticky bohatých látek. Celá databáze je vytvořena s pomocí programu DoSystem-EduBase. Stručný návod pro práci s tímto softwarem je součástí práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis gives an overview of the information from the field of testing procedure theory. The thesis is aimed at content, creation and analysis of tests. A database for testing the biochemistry knowledge at the intermediate school level is the output of the thesis. The whole database is divided into groups of questions focused on lipids, nucleic acids, peptides, proteins, hormones, saccharides, enzymes, Krebs cycle, glycolysis, metabolism of lipids, metabolism of proteins and synthesis of high energy molecules. The database is created by the software called DoSystem-EduBase. Instruction for working with this software is part of the thesis.
