Abstract:
Diplomová práce bude využita jako podklad pro návrh komunikační strategie ve firmě HMOTA, spol. s r.o. Hlavním cílem je provést monitoring a analýzu stávající úrovně komunikační strategie a vypracovat návrh pro dosažení vyšší úrovně interní komunikace.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis will be used as a basis for the proposal of communication strategy in HMOTA, Ltd. The primary focus of the thesis is to analyze the current level of the communication strategy and to prepare the proposal for achieving a higher level of the internal communication.
