Práce přibližuje problematiku sluchově postižených ve vztahu k občanskoprávním úkonům a jejich specifické aspekty. The thesis deals with the issue of hearing impairment in relation to civil actions and their specific aspects. It clarifies the conceptual features of legal acts, their requirements, the emergence of legal acts and the consequences of defective legal acts.
