Celá práce dokumentuje obecné postupy při tvorbě multimediálních prezentací, dále pak strukturu vybraného školského zařízení a postup přípravy multimediální příručky použitelné nejen pro zaměstnance ve školství, ale obecně pro zaměstnance, kteří během své práce potřebují odbornou radu při úkolech, se kterými se nesetkávají každý den, nicméně jsou nedílnou součástí jejich práce.
