The thesis deals with the functionality of the EU asylum policy in the context of the refugee crisis in 2015. Its aim is to evaluate the functionality of the concept of the EU asylum policy in the context of the refugee crisis in 2015 on the basis of a theoretical framework and case studies of three member states.
