Předmětem této diplomové práce je porušování autorských práv k audiovizuálním dílům. Jejím prostřednictvím jsem se pokusila přiblížit nejen jednotlivá ustanovení autorského zákona, ale především problematiku související s výběrem a správou autorských poplatků k jednotlivým autorským dílům, internetové pirátství, jeho důsledky a důvody. The subject matter of this thesis is the violation of copyright for audiovisual works. I attempted to bring together the individual provisions of the Copyright Act as well as issues related to the choice and management of royalties for individual authors' works, internet piracy, its causes and reasons.
