Diplomová práce se zabývá právní ochranou kulturních památek podle stávající platné úpravy. Zhodnocuje její stav, navrhuje řešení, kde se zdá nedostatečná. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. The thesis is concerned preservation of a monument. It cover legal regulations concerning the preservation of cultural monuments in the Czech Republic. The next part discussed the preservation of world cultural heritage at the international level. The third part pursued protection of cultural monuments in practice.
